Closure Study, December 9, 2009
On December 9, 2009, Closure Solutions published the California Independent UST Case Closure Study: A Quantification of Cases Potentially Closable Under Low-Risk Criteria . This document summarizes and interprets existing low-risk criteria, and screens 35 randomly selected UST cases for closure under these criteria. The study ultimately finds that approximately 34% of UST cases could be closed with no further action under low-risk criteria.
