State Water Board Hearing UST Cleanup Fund Crisis
On March 9, 2009, Closure Solutions testified to the State Water
Resources Control Board about the effect of the UST Cleanup Funds
suspensions and delays in payment. Closure Solutions focused on
finding interim solutions, such as bridge financing,
and long term solutions, like the closure of low risk environmental cases.
