Meeting with Tam Doduc, January 6, 2010
On January 6, 2010, Closure Solutions meet with State Water Resources Control Board Member Tam Doduc to discuss the Independent UST Case Closure Study and the criteria used to screen cases for low-risk closure. It was noted that if 34% of UST cases could be closed under low-risk criteria, it would result in the closure of approximately 3400 cases statewide without increasing risk to human health or environmental receptors.
